Is it just me or does the new Joker from Dark Knight look a lot like Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice (1988) character?

The dark eye makeup, the pale skin, crazy hair, really poor color choices in clothing and a devilish grin…. oh my God they are cousins!

I guess this will be the final cover of EW?
I worked on the lighting and compositing of Doctor Manhattan alongside an army of other very talented artists here at Imageworks who helped to bring Doc to life. It’s amazing how many people put effort into that one frame, modelers, riggers, texture painters, animators, lookdev artists, fx artists, pst’s, dpm’s, lighters / compositors, supervisors, more supervisors, producers, directors, etc etc etc…. the list goes on and on…
